Digest Player
Long videos, in less time.
Play three seconds at normal speed, then move the next three seconds along at 3×. Repeating this, you can follow the story while getting through the video at a steady pace. It suits lectures, seminars, explainer videos and recorded shows: videos you don't have time to watch in full but still want to understand.
Features
- Digest playback: choose the normal seconds, the fast-forward speed (2–10×) and its seconds with wheels. You can also pick “Skip” to jump ahead instead of fast-forwarding
- Thumbnail seek bar: frames from the whole video line up so you can jump to any scene
- One-handed controls: large floating buttons, swipes for seeking and volume, double-tap to pause
- Continue watching and history: pick up right where you left off
- Network videos (Premium): play videos straight from NAS or computer shares (SMB) and media servers (DLNA)
- Multi-row thumbnail view and two sets of initial values (Premium)
